King Residential Group, Inc. is a professional residential construction company offering architectural, interior design, general construction, and design/build services. Based in Houston, the firm primarily builds from 4,000-sq. ft. to 20,000-sq. ft. homes.

KRGI was founded in 1993, by Russell King, A.I.A., a licensed architect with over 25 years of residential design and construction experience in the Houston and Texas Gulf Coast area.

The goal of KRGI is to provide the highest level of professional services in all aspects of the design and construction process to create truly distinctive homes developed totally around the client's desires. Fine homebuilding is the most personal, complex, diverse, and sensitive type of construction.

KRGI has a unique process of construction management specifically developed for maximum client involvement. This assures that the final project is a finely built home, unique to the client, and completed within budget. KRGI's design/build program coordinates all of the design and construction services for the client's convenience at a considerably reduced fee structure.

The firm also offers architectural, interior design, and construction services independently of each other. KRGI will perform architectural and/or interior design services for clients who have a preferred contractor.

Also, KRGI will build projects designed by other architects or professional designers. Local architectural and design firms regularly refer clients to KRGI to build their projects due to KRGI's high construction standards, attention to detail, respect for architectural design, and professional construction management procedures.
