Jae Mackenzie
Executive Chef
Jae has a wealth of knowledge and country club experience. He is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He also completed an externship in Marseilles, France. Jae spent ten years at the Old Overton Club in Birmingham, Alabama, where he discovered the joys of cooking within the country club atmosphere. Not only is he able to do what he loves, but he is able to develop relationships with those whom he serves on a daily basis. It is a facet of the culinary industry that he has come to genuinely enjoy and that he looks forward to promoting at ROCC. Chef Mackenzie has two sons, Owen and Rhodes. 

Allyson Brown
Director of
Catering & Events

Allyson Brown has a wealth of experience and knowledge about catering and events that she cheerfully uses to Royal Oaks Country Club's benefit. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. In 2008, while in college, she started working at Miramont Country Club in Bryan, Texas. She worked her way up to become the Director of Catering in 2012. Her professional passion is event planning, especially weddings.  Her detail-orientated personality makes her a perfect fit for Royal Oaks Country Club. Allyson has two sons, Daniel and Grayson, and loves spending time with them outdoors.  She also loves to play poker, watch football, and sing karaoke.
